I joined my server today, it was during the warmup round that I was joining, either that, or right during a map change and I finally made it in during the warmup round, but my screen was stuck at this for a while... I had to press a few things to get it to finally go away... pressed tab, m, space... one or some of those keys finally got me to the pick team screen and then the funky scoreboard went away...
