Just finished testing mp_solid_teammates. It seems if you set it to 0 in the gamemodes_server.txt (on classic competitive anyways), it does stay at 0, however, when you attempt to pass through a teammate, there is a slight bump then pass through. If I cycle it to 1 then back to 0 again in game (using rcon or sm_cvar), the slight bump is no longer an issue and the pass through works like it should.
