Tried this from the wiki: Remove/rename the "Steam" directory from the
current user accounts home folder and re-run steamcmd
Tried disabling steam guard. Then reenabling it, using a different code.

If I run http://didrole.com/UpdateTool/
Requesting appinfo update.
Updating 740:Counter-Strike Global Offensive Beta - Dedicated Server ...
Up to date.

I get the files are up to date, but they are not.

Should I just do a reinstall?
