Next time it happens, check if your server has cs_office or cs_italy on
while join fails. Those maps are not part of mg_bomb group and cause
issues if server is empty. What you need to do is to create custom
mapgroup and use it. Add all official maps (and if custom maps, those
too) that you run on your server to that group because Valve made server
to reject players connecting to other maps except the ones in the mapgroup.

I have read a lot on Google but with no success. any help would be great
the only way i can get my server is to work, is to keep restarting it.
