This is old bug from CS Source. If you joined to a game while round
wasn't yet finished and changed to another while you were joining, you
get a slay even if you weren't in any team. It just seems that in CSGO
it has gone a lot worse.
It's like rebuy, by pressing it, it will buy all what you have bought in
any previous rounds, not the last purchase from menu.

I notice it happens to me if I go to spectate and then rejoin a team.
Every round after that I am slayed at beginning of round until next
map change.
