Thanks ics for the info. I wasn't sure if it was the admin mod I was
using that was causing it or the game itself. I have had a lot of
players complain about it and some thought it was admin abuse. I now
have an explanation as to why it is happening. I hope Valve can rectify
this in the next patch as it is very annoying. Has anyone else found a
workaround to resolve this while in a round, or is changing the map the
only fix right now? I didn't know if doing a server.cfg execution during
the round would resolve it.

It's like rebuy, by pressing it, it will buy all what you have bought
in any previous rounds, not the last purchase from menu.
