The only way I could follow the logic is:

On Kill:
- Inspect team name:
- - If team name (not the team_index) == enemy team name (not the
team_index): triggerTeamKill()
- else:
-- triggerNormKill()

I hope it's super wrong, but the only way I could imagine the code getting
mixed up is if it was actually comparing team names (or if all clantag'd
teamnames use some generic team index or something), instead of indexes of
teams.
