(sorry guys, I should have edited the subject.)
I just modify my Sourcemod translations so the menu prompts include "(HOLD
TAB+# WHILE SPECTATING)."
Here is an example:
Under \csgo\addons\sourcemod\translations
Edit mapchooser.phrases.txt to say:
"Vote Nextmap"
{
"en" "Vote for the next map! (HOLD TAB + #
IF SPECTATING)"
}
