If you're talking about where it says: Network: IP XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX, mode MP, dedicated No, ports XXXXX SV / XXXXX CL that is fine....
If I recall correctly this is before it contacts the Steam servers. Type status into console - does it say type: community dedicated? Are you having any other problems besides it saying "dedicated No"?
