A lot of what you're asking depends on what kind of gameplay and mods (if
any) that you'll be using, what tickrate, and the bandwidth the connection
you have is able to handle. Would you be running GOTV?

It also depends on if you're hosting anything else besides these game
servers on the server.

Personally, in general, I wouldn't run more than 3 or 4 populated servers
on it.
