Well it downloaded the maps from the officiall _se collection. So if they are not up to date, its not my fault. I got the server to stop change map. But it still loads de_dust the first time.

Have you messed with any of the gamemode cfgs? I’d guess the map rotation is a result of a bad mp_maxrounds / mp_timelimit combination?
