The cache folder sometimes doesn't do it's job in downloading the files
and placing them in the right location. I have had problems with maps
not downloading completely from fast redirect. My fix was to delete the
files in cache folder would allow the download to work. You can find
your cache folder in the following directory:
.....Steam\Steamapps\common\Counter_Strike_Global_Offensive\csgo\cache
Delete any files in this folder and try downloading the map(s) again.
This at least worked for me on large custom map downloads.
