In response to @Absurd Minds, yeah I'm not 100% on when it saves the map.
Is it when I add it? When I hit save the first time? Second time? How long
does it take?

Would be nice if there was a 'refresh collection' cvar, because when you
re-host it using host_workshop_collection, it will start from the first
map. This is a minor issue though.
