Glad to be able to help! I'm running 11 servers, all through workshop.. and I'm telling you, I had all sorts of issues at the beginning. They are running fine now, once I got the hang of it.
Most map-loading related issues are either caused if you still have mapgroups set or using a mapcycle/maplist file while using workshop method.
