It's the only reliable medium in which I can report matchmaking issues to the
CSGO development team.
This is an issue with the game, you could say the same thing to the 40 people
who ask questions about small changes every update, I'm not filing a complaint,
I'm reporting an issue with the game.
If you would be so kind as to redirect me to Valve's CS:GO complaints
department, or provide a reliable response to the solution, I would kindly
redirect this effort there.

This is a server mailing list not a complaint forum.

I just got my first 30 minute ban since the competitive option was added to
the game, we're winning 15-3, and my teammate intentionally teamkills me
mid-round which causes us to lose the round.
The next round he shoots me in the head after the freeze time is over, and
I fire back so I'm not forced to sit out again, and I get a 30 minute ban for
"inflicting too much damage."
Ontop of this, the 2 players on my team that were actually trying to play
the game, including myself, can't even votekick the user because he had two
friends on the same team.
So we're just supposed to deal with the teamkilling, and when we finally
shoot back, we end up getting banned, obviously something is flawed with this
system.
