I've had a few people in my server not understand how CS:GO is played and they walk in front of other people. I've had one poor guy get tempbanned for teamkilling because two times in a row, a teammate walked in front of him while AWPing.
They were both great shots, but... not the right people. If the admin is around it's generally not a big deal to remove the tempban but in CSGO it just seems better to never shoot your teammates ever. Not for ANY level of retribution - just completely ignore they were being a d-bag and move on, or find a new server.
