As a developer, I can easily say that fixes for some of these issues may not have been included in the latest patch because they require more development time. That said, I will agree that the patch notes - that get published with EVERY update - do not always contain a list of all relevant changes. For example, when the Arms Deal update was released there were a number of changes that did not get published... most notably was the fact that they eliminated custom GUIs due to a security issue in *Scaleform 4.2*. So, I kind of agree with both sides of this issue.
