Tbh, not sure what the point of GOTV on pub server is... nevertheless wouldn't 
be hurt to reduce mem usage with gotv, it would solve ISP mem usage for sure...

Results:
20 slots, 6 maps with gotv enablet(i already got this one updated before):
Uptime: 10651 minutes
Memory: 1388MB

20 slots, 6 maps without gotv:
Uptime: 1136 minutes
Memory: 374MB, with 20 players online! That is a HUGE difference.

20 slots, 25 maps with gotv:
uptime: 1157 minutes
Memory: 772MB

Still High compared to others srcds games, like l4d2, but solves the problem.

Don't enable GOTV if you don't have spare memory, and aways use latest stable 
version of yours plugins :D.

Same way you put it on. It's not on by default. Try tv_enable 0.

I will try those setups:

20 slots, 6 maps with gotv.

In about ten hours i will post the result.

    Plugins are old but they don't cause memory leaks in that
    magnitude. GOTV is his biggest problem.
