Well... I think i found the problem causing UGC manager fail to copy the workshop map to it's proper place. I am from Hungary, i set my steam language to hungarian because of this. Today reinstalled steam and forgot to set the language and i started csgo whit eng steam language and bammm.... it worked.
So if some if affected by this just set your steam language to eng.
