Install lsof and use lsof -i to determine all used ports from a process (in
this case the srcds_linux).
A HL2/CS:GO Server binds more ports. If one of this ports are on a
Gameserverport, your server will take the next free port if you aren't
using -strictportbind.
This port problem is well known and occurs when you are running more than
10 servers.

You can also set every port manually for srctv/gotv and clientport,
