Thanks to Asher Baker & -BULL- for your replies, finally works!
The solution was a combination of using "+net_public_adr publ.ip.add.here", 
removing "-ip" completely and deleting the following files before runtime:

subscribed_collection_ids.txt
subscribed_file_ids.txt
ugc_collection_cache.txt
