But why the hell it happens exactly at 10.30pm CET and other servers
havent this problem?! What could be running on my root that could
influence the connectivity?

When steam goes down all players are disconnected from CS:GO servers
either due to "No Steam Logon" or "Timeout". The "No Steam Logon"
disconnect reason has been happening since the launch, the timeout
reason only started occurring a few months ago, and I believe it
happens when the CS:GO server loses connectivity to steam and is
unable to reconnect.
