My server was running on a grs kernel, and somehow Valve don’t like those

Believe it or not, but in the start of last month, I used 5 days on searching
for a solution. It took me 2 days before I realized the file wasn’t included,
and another 3 days before I finally asked on this mailinglist what the problem
was. Apparently an update had broken something, and we couldn’t run CS:GO
servers on our grs kernel anymore.

I can confirm that this down happen. Had to search around for the solution when
I installed new csgo copy and kept getting a crash with an error at startup.

I've posted this before, but it seems like it was fixed in an update. The
steam_appid.txt is not included in the latest update that is downloaded from
SteamCMD. I just did a fresh install of CS:GO on 2 different machines, and
both times the steam_appid.txt file was missing.
This is not a huge problem, but it would make it a lot easier to automate
the setup process (I'm running a game host). I could create a script that
would automatically create the file, but it shouldn't be necessary :)
