TCAdmin probably uses A2S_RULES to determine if sv_password is set, which
the CS:GO team decided to kill without advance warning, discussing it with
the community, or providing a suitable general-purpose replacement (just a
half-assed workaround to announce individual cvars based on the server
configuration).
