Dosent seem to be geoloc either since I compared 2 IPs with same location info (and same datacenter) on maxmind.com while one servers is showing up the first 3 seconds and the other takes like 10 seconds.

I refreshed the whole list like 20 times and the same servers comes first in the list every time while my servers takes several seconds and are shown last... Not very nice TBH, it gives some communitys an "edge" over others. I know that 1.6 servers was based on your own IP or something? So if u had a bad serverip like 167 and most ISPs in your conuntry starts with 80-90, your server would show last for them compared to a server with an IP starting with 85. But that was fixed?! The first 40 servers I see have all different IPs. some starts with 217 others with 88 or 43 etc. So its not based on my own IP?
