Yes, i7 processors works with hyperthreading/**/, if i select 1 or 2
threads and it works fine. I said cores because windows shows them as cores.

What I could imagine is that the wither broke the scheduling at his
system by using taskset as the system was not permitted to assign to
the least in use core, or he has hyperthreading active an mistook two
virtual core with physical ones and overloaded one physical.

I found the solution. I have to setup the affinity of the csgo server
process to no more than 2 cores, the packet loss instantly
disappears. I think valve will have to fix this. 2 cores is not
enough for a csgo server.
I hope this temporary fix works for others.

Hi, we are experiencing big packet loss problems with a 64
tick and 25 slots csgo server when it has more than 20
players. The server is under windows 2008 with an I7 3770
processor. The csgo instalation is default, no plugins or
maps are installed. We have another server with same hardware
and it's the same.
This same csgo server works perfectly on an old AMD x6.
Has anyone seen the same? Any suggestions?
