Happens to me as well. Toronto, playing on East servers and very often I am
lagging across the server along with everyone else. Been happening recently.

Subject: Re: [Csgo_servers] Terrible Server Lag On US East Coast Servers
I also experienced this in a competitive match last evening. I live in
downtown Seattle, connected to a New York MM server (playing with friends) and
my ping was as usual around 100, but I was teleporting and had a 30-40% packet
loss. After the match I connected to a community deathmatch server in Texas
with a ping around 60, no loss, no lag whatsoever.
