September 1 and still no sign of MOTD's returning despite several updates and
100's of Megabyes later our CS:GO server still doesn't have an MOTD. I am at
the end of my patience with rereading prior posts being sent as a reply to this
nuisance. We have updated our website pages, but still no MOTD's yet. When will
this end already? We host a public community classic competitive server. I can
no longer wait for this to be fixed / addressed. I will be looking into
alternative methods.
Best Regards,
Krillin

Here we are almost two months now, and it appears only "selective maps" will
allow an MOTD screen. Can we address this NOW and allow MOTD screens for ALL
maps in ALL modes.

Valve made a mistake within the last updates and disabled the motd from
community servers also. Previously it was only disabled in official
matchmaking. Problem is not in your end.
