srcds can only use one core anyway so why not limit it?

    You shouldn't limit srcds to 1 core. My servers regularly use over a
    core. srcds certainly uses Intel's turbo boost(it isn't application
    specific, a higher CPU clock will benefit any CPU bound
    applications).
