Turboboost probably won't do much as it pretty much depends on the other cores being free. A tl;dr would be one core = 4ghz, two cores used = 3.9ghz, etc. This is a very very rough outline and nothing how it actually works, that's just a theoretically. It will help to an extent, but the more overall CPU usage the less it'll do.
