I saw a case-drop on a 'blacklisted' server a few minutes ago. Maybe
they are working on a smarter way... we will see.

banned and it doesnt have any SV tags on knife, no knife plugin, no nothing.
Just a normal competitive 28 slots pub. I emailed them and in couple hours
its back to normal. So I dont think they are going by tags at all.
