Well I mean I've done it both ways just depending on if I'm in game or not, but how would rcon be different from typing it directly to the console? Doesn't rcon just remotely connect and give the same command?
What do you mean on the status command? It just tells me gotv is active - it doesn't give me any other information about gotv.
