That was my fault. When I said console I was talking about the in game [client/player] console and not the actual server console.
For the status part it should show up like this: hostname: Warmod Test server | PES version : 1.34.9.4/13494 6102 secure udp/ip : 203.33.121.190:27092 os : Linux type : community dedicated map : de_dust2 gotv: port 28092, delay 0.0s players : 1 humans, 1 bots (12/0 max) (not hibernating) # userid name uniqueid connected ping loss state rate # 2 "GOTV" BOT active # 4 2 "Versatile [BFG]" STEAM_1:0:635066 00:25 547 0 active 128000 #end Next to the gotv: part has port and delay. Doesn't rcon just remotely connect and give the same command? What do you mean on the status command? It just tells me gotv is active - it doesn't give me any other information about gotv. Yes, I'm sure it's casual, so it's weird it's giving me a default output of 10 instead of 30. I have this issue even on a vanilla casual server, so I know it's not related to any plugins. And are you positive that it is set to casual and not competitive? I only say this because casual is defaulted to 30 and competitive is set to 105. This includes the gamemode_casual_server.cfg file. It's frustrating to have to remember to put tv_delay 0 in console any time I try to watch the GOTV (it's useful to making sure people aren't breaking server rules without having to announce my presence), but any time I execute tv_delay 0 it causes the server to freeze for a few seconds, which is damaging to gameplay. Just to add more details to this thread, the issue is that in a casual mode server, the tv_delay is always 105, regardless of what is set in any config. This is especially concerning considering that console outputs "10" as the default value, so something is overriding it outside the configs. The other tv_* cvars work ok. It's just the delay that doesn't. Any ideas?
