We use the mg_active mapgroup from the 'vanilla' server, so we
don't use gamemodes_server.txt.
This is my command line:
-game csgo -console -condebug -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 0
-maxplayers_override 16 +maxplayers 16 +exec server.cfg +mapgroup
mg_active +map de_dust2 -ip xx.xxx.xxx.xxx -port 27015 -tickrate 128
