Currently.

1. I connect to server A
2. I download a map.txt file
3. I reconnect to server A
4. I see the html content of the map.txt file while the map loads
5. I connect to server B
6. I see the html content of the map.txt file for server A while the map loads

The main things I would like to point out.

1. After the initial download, you need to reconnect before you can see the
html content

2. The client wont re download a map.txt file if it exists.

A solution:

1. When the map.txt file downloads the first time and the map starts to load.
Show html content at this point without needing to reconnect

2. When a server requests a client to download a map.txt file. Allow it to
override the clients current version.

The expected result.

1. Client connects to server A
2. The client downloads/overrides the map.txt file
3. The map begins to load and the player sees the newly downloaded map.txt file

This thing has nothing to do with motd.txt, its shown while loading the map.

There already is a server plugin for serving such info. Pretty sure server
admins are fully aware what they are doing.
