This server is leased in other company, which rents servers in Poland. This company introduced a lot of security to prevent using prohibited plugins on their servers.Unfortunately, as it turned out, unsuccessfully. One of their clients bypassed security systems and used such a plugin and you have banned him with all other clients existing on the same unit.
