As soon as I join the server, bot_quota is increased... this used to put more bots in the server. Now since the spawning problems created 5 or 6 updates ago these bots do not spawn until next round... or do they.. I have this picture, and I see it every time I join; weapons floating up into the sky of the bots that were supposed to spawn?
