Issues at hand which valve didnt investigate: - wrong banning of servers, those who were not running such banned stuff - after 1st notice those who complied got banned as well - surf server owners got banned too even though it was in server guidelines that surf is fine - changing stance without letting server owners know - this basically makes multiple tokens useless and they should shift to one token for all servers then - most importantly, no place to complain or appeal and noone properly looking at where it all went wrong. Generic reply without investigation as to if a person was right in his claim or not simply makes server owners increase their distrust in valve - easy way to ban all so all buy new game, more $$s overall?
