If valve would just give a reason to as to what policy is being violated,
this would greatly assist us gameservers operators in determining how we can
fix the problem and assure that it does not happen again.

As of right now virtually all of us are completely in the dark as to which
parts of the game Vitaliy doesn't want modified. Anyone who plays on our
server can clearly see we don't give out any custom skins, models, knives,
competitive ranks, ect. We also have Sourcemod's GSLT protection feature
enabled, but are still getting banned. (Even Sourcemods protection is just
based on speculation)

The post on the CSGO blog states that if we are unsure which particular
plugin should be removed, that we should contact valve, but I have been
trying to contact valve for about a month now regarding this issue and it
seems that they just ignore all my e-mails/support tickets. Only one
employee has ever replied, but not with any information on the ban itself.

The only method we have at the moment is to continually disable more
features our server has on a weekly basis and pray that valve doesn't want
to ban us this time. This has just become a grueling nightmare for us,
mainly due to the lack of communication.
