Hi Chris, I'm sorry but it's not possible to disable the Shattered Web Character models on official servers, you can do it with a plugin for your own server.
Faceit is not breaking the rules because it's not official servers. "It's not allowed to: Interfering with systems that allow players to correctly access their own CS:GO inventories, items, or profile.!" It means that it's not allowed to change the models on official Competitive Ingame 5vs5 servers, Casual, Dangerzone etc. Have a good day!
