TechNeedz offers both short-term (1 month) and long-term (3-6 months) internships to candidates keenly interested in their areas of work. They are a great place to gain experience! All candidates will be initially trained in Java Technologies, mainly focusing on J2SE and J2EE, and the development tools used. During the training, trainees will also be given brief introduction about the latest development tools and design practices and an opportunity to enhance their creativity. They love good ideas, spontaneity, beautiful code and sharing. Trainees will also have a chance to prove their capability to the company and to get a pre-placement offer (PPO) from the company. All those candidates who undergo training at TechNeedz will be given special preference over any other student during any open campus recruitment drive conducted by TechNeedz. Requirement: Candidates applying for internship must have some programming background with experience in at least one programming language (preferably C, C++, or Java) and must be familiar with Object Oriented Programming concepts. We expect interns to take initiative and be proactive in the workspace. If they use techniques which you cannot take classes in, you are expected to be able to expand your knowledge base independently. Familiarity with PHP, JavaScript and MySQL or any other kind of knowledge (Perl, Python, Oracle, et cetera) is very welcome as well.
