OK, so far I've been verbally attacked by a snotty 20YO and given a host of sites, book titles and email lists.
My apologies for even asking. I have TONS of books. SUNY is not the answer, I'm not sitting through 16 weeks of classes with 18 yo's. Reading the list and visiting the sites are all very nice, but I work at a State institution which is grossly under-funded and we are all over-worked. IF I am in my office, I WILL be interrupted repeatedly. I am a one-person department with a work load that would send a 20 yo to the nut house. I started with HTML 1.0, so for the snotty kid, my knowledge of HTML and Web development predates CSS. I USE TopStyle as an editor, but it does not tell me WHY my page is broken or how to fix it, and the preview screen looks drastically different than the real browser. I understand logic, but every language has it's own logic and what I want to do is learn the logic of CSS. I was looking to immerse myself in a 3-5 day course, AWAY from work and interruptions.
