I have not placed an auction for some time now, but previosly you would be given the option to simply cut and paste your code in and it woudl generate the page. I would imagine you could try an embedded style sheet and try a test auction. If it doesnt work to well I might rely on tables for layout and CSS for styling, similiar to what happens when creating an HTML email.
