Sure, but you need to decide what degree of support you want to include for NN 4.7. Does the site need to look the same, or does it need to work? If it really truly needs to look the same, I recommend you use a table layout and style its content with CSS, and get ready for some headaches. If it just needs to work and be accessible to NN 4.7 users, I recommend you hide your styles from it using @import, perhaps with a *very* simple sheet served to it via link just to style text.
