I think I finally have the layout down and as far as I can tell it works in IE 6, Safari, FF and Netscape. I would appreciate anyone taking a look and making sure everything looks good. I have tested the text resizing and my layout seems to hold. The one issue I am aware of with text resizing is that my navigation wraps whenever you resize up or down, but if you refresh the page or click another link it goes back to one line - is that fixable? If not, I can live with it.
