Yes, edit your template - you can see the css and xhtml in the textarea. Also, don't learn css by copy and paste, you will only pick up bad habits (from bad css) or get frustrated (from good css). Get a very good book and learn methodically. Cascading Style Sheets by Friends Of Ed is good, as is anything by Eric Meyer. Good luck!
