yes it does and the latest beta has it :). for those who signed up for the microsoft feedback program, this issue is at https://connect.microsoft.com/feedback/ViewFeedback.aspx?SiteID=136&FeedbackID=57504 for those that haven't, the comment given when the issue was closed in the connect feedback system was: Entered by Microsoft on 4/21/2006 This was logged as a suggestion for future IE versions. We've already added support for min-height and it is in the March 20 Beta 2 Preview build that we put out during MIX06.
