I would keep your present solution, and add...
#bannerBottom form {margin: 0;}
...in order to zero out any defaults, and see how far that would get me.
Actually, the line-up in your page looks pretty good, and identical, in
Opera 9, Firefox 1.5.0.4 and IE6 with that addition, so I think that's it.
