How so?

What about people that don't have your stylesheet or don't have any CSS at all?

There is a perfectly good attribute for additional information that
does not fit the normal link content - the title. And if you want to
go nuts on styling this information there are a lot of good scripts
out there that allow you to do that.

If your first response now is "Urgh JavaScript - that is not
accessible" then I wonder how accessible accessible a link is that has
the link information and a lot of extra information.
