FF, Opera etc. are behaving correctly: containers shall not expand
beyond given dimensions - unless told to do so.

IE expands everything by default *when* we give an element dimensions,
because of its 'hasLayout'[1] bug.

Solution: tell FF, Opera etc. to expand and contain what's inside,
regardless of given dimensions - i.e.: make container behave like a table...

#topholder, #contentholder {display: table;}

...and allow contentarea to grow too...

#contentarea {height: auto;}
